About The Role

We're looking for someone who is bright, bubbly, and enthusiastic about customer service. You will handle customer enquiries and represent the face of the shopping centre.

Initiative and a keen willingness to contribute as a key part of our Centre Management Team are essential. Attention to detail and some administrative or computer skills will help you excel in the role.

Responsibilities

Your key responsibility is to ensure customers and retailers receive prompt and accurate assistance. You will be the primary point of contact for external phone calls, issue gift vouchers, undertake general administrative duties, maintain registers, process payments, and assist the Centre Manager in emergencies.

Essential Criteria

  • Customer service experience
  • Admin and office skills including Outlook, Word, and Data Entry
  • Cash handling experience
  • Friendly, flexible, and team-oriented
  • Ability to work weekends on a rotating basis
  • Current Police Check
About Us

The Bachrach Naumburger Group owns and manages commercial properties including Park Beach Plaza, The Shoreline, Homebase, Jetty Village, Orana Mall in Dubbo, and other office and retail premises in Queensland.

This position is Part Time with flexible hours and shared weekend rostered work.
