This permanent role is for an AM Warehouse Supervisor who will oversee a 70,000-square-foot warehouse with a capacity of 72,000 pallets. Reporting to the Shift Manager, you'll manage morning warehouse operations, ensuring safety, efficiency and productivity while supervising a dynamic team and maintaining BevChain's high standards. The shift is Sunday–Thursday, 5:00am–1:00pm.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the morning shift warehouse team to achieve operational excellence
  • Oversee processes including receipts, put-away, picking, wrapping, load creation, replenishment and dispatch
  • Oversee and implement rostering to maximize productivity and meet customer service benchmarks
  • Monitor stock counts, audits and inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing processes and workflows
  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational and customer service standards
Qualifications

You'll bring strong leadership, organizational and time-management skills, coupled with proficiency in SAP warehouse systems, Microsoft Office, and a solid understanding of WHS practices. A customer-focused mindset and excellent communication abilities will set you apart.

  • Experience managing people within a route-market and shuttle transport teams
  • Ability to lead and develop a high-performance team
  • Understanding of financial drivers and cost control
  • Process-driven, analytical and methodical
