We're looking for a dynamic and organised Warehouse Supervisor to oversee logistics and operations from our Brisbane branch. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy managing moving parts, and want to be part of delivering unforgettable events — this is the role for you.

What you'll do
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including stock control, shipping, pick/pack, and reverse logistics
  • Track and manage all inventory movement — in and out — ensuring stock is accurate, maintained, and ready to hire
  • Oversee warehouse organisation and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
  • Lead and develop a team of warehouse staff through clear communication and active presence
  • Monitor workflow performance and delivery standards against operational KPIs
  • Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and productivity
What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse supervision or a related logistics role
  • Strong knowledge of inventory systems and operational efficiency
  • Forklift licence required; MR/HR licence preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • A hands-on, accountable leadership style with a safety-first mindset
  • Direct responsibility in a key operational role with national impact
