About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee commercial fit-out projects in Adelaide. This is a key role leading day-to-day site operations, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll coordinate subcontractors and site teams, enforce safety procedures, manage budgets, and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

· Project Coordination – interpret plans and specifications, schedule labour, materials, and equipment, and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders.

· Safety & Compliance – lead toolbox talks, enforce WHS policies, oversee site safety inspections, and ensure all works meet regulatory and company standards.

· Team Leadership – supervise trades and apprentices, allocate tasks, resolve on-site issues, and mentor junior staff.

· Quality Assurance – monitor workmanship, arrange inspections, and drive corrective actions to reduce rework.

· Budget & Cost Management – track site costs, support invoicing, and ensure projects remain within budget.

Requirements

· Relevant trade background (e.g., Carpentry / Joinery) or equivalent construction management experience.

· Strong skills in planning, problem-solving, and communication.

· Proven ability to manage site budgets, schedules, and WHS procedures.
