Overview

Our client is a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, known for their commitment to quality and continuous growth. Due to growth, we are seeking an experienced Shift Supervisor to lead the Afternoon Shift and uphold the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and product quality. In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee daily operations on the production line—ensuring targets are met, processes run smoothly, and both safety and food quality standards are consistently maintained. You will guide and support your team to deliver excellence every shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise, motivate, and support production staff on the afternoon shift.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet targets.
  • Ensure all health & safety, food safety, and hygiene standards are followed.
  • Train new team members and support ongoing staff development.
  • Perform quality checks and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Complete shift reports and handovers accurately.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and liaise with maintenance or quality teams.
Your Background
  • Previous supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, GMP, and health & safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.
