Complete Care is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their growing Accounting Department The company is quickly expanding and seeking someone eager to learn and grow. Duties & Essential Functions :

  • Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations; assisting with monthly close processes.
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts payable, purchasing, and treasury; conducting internal audits.
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines.
  • Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
  • Assisting the controller as needed.
Skills & Expectations :
  • Ability to work well with others, be a good listener, and follow as well as give directions.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Location : Maitland, with the possibility to work from home 1-2 days a week after training and probationary period.
