Accounting Professional

We are seeking a motivated and organized accounting professional to support our financial operations.

About the Role:
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.
  • Perform budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial projections.
  • Investigate variances, correct errors, and provide training to operational staff on financial processes.
  • Compile and analyze financial data, including cost centre and contract expenditure reports.
  • Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for accounting purposes.
  • Process creditor claims and manage payment workflows in finance systems.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Management Accountant as needed.
About You:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or a related commercial discipline.
  • A basic understanding of accounting standards and financial analysis.
  • Some exposure to budgeting, reporting, and financial variance analysis.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial software.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
