We are looking for a Client Success Manager who thrives on building strong client partnerships and driving measurable value. In this role, you will act as the go-to person for our clients, ensuring their goals are understood, documented, and supported through data-driven insights, day-to-day operational management, and proactive communication. You will also play a key role in growing client relationships by identifying opportunities, guiding renewals, and ensuring BaseUp continues to be a trusted partner.

Responsibilities
  • Use BaseUp data to demonstrate impact and generate actionable insights. Prepare and deliver reports and program reviews, logged and tracked in Jira.
  • Identify relevant opportunities to foster and expand client relationships (Cross-selling and growth opportunities).
  • Drive renewals by demonstrating value and strengthening partnerships. Track renewal success rates and outcomes influenced by your involvement.
