About The Role

Located at Prestons, Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home is a welcoming and homely aged care home offering 24-hour, care and support to residents. As a Carer, you will enhance residents\' lives with compassionate care. By understanding their needs and preferences, you create meaningful connections that support their well-being. You will assist with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines, with the support of your team.



Duties May Include
  • Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
  • Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
  • Assistance with activities under supervision
  • Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love


About You
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
  • Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner
  • A born listener, you\'re genuinely curious to know and understand people
  • Your care skills are driven by compassion, and your positive attitude is contagious
  • You rally your team, even on challenging days, to problem solve, connect and overcome
