Required Qualifications & Certifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's / Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Diploma holders with relevant IT support experience are also encouraged to apply.

Preferred Industry Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals / Windows Server Administration
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+
  • Cisco CCNA / CCNP (Networking & Security)
  • Google IT Support Certification

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Issue Resolution — Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic support for system failures.
  • IT Helpdesk Support — Address client IT concerns via chat, email, phone, or on-site visits.
  • Hardware & Software Maintenance — Install, update, and configure systems for maximum efficiency.
  • System & Network Monitoring — Ensure network connectivity, uptime, and security compliance.
  • Cloud & Remote Support — Manage cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and remote IT infrastructure.
  • Security & Compliance — Implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent IT vulnerabilities.
  • Documentation & Reporting — Maintain detailed records of IT issues, solutions, and preventive measures.
