Overview

Valrose is seeking a Project Manager - HR Systems Implementation in Perth, Western Australia to lead a fully funded HR systems implementation project. You will own the program from inception to delivery, working with vendors, internal stakeholders, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the planning, delivery, and governance of HR system integration projects.
  • Coordinating with vendors, internal HR teams, and technical stakeholders to align priorities and timelines.
  • Reporting to the steering committee, providing updates, risks, and recommendations.
  • Managing project resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Embedding project management best practices to drive consistency and quality.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, preferably with HR systems projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management governance and disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to present to senior leadership and steering committees.
  • A proven ability to manage end-to-end projects, balancing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a focus on building relationships across teams.
