Local Community Consultant at Medibank (full-time)
Join Medibank in Booragoon to connect products and services with your local community and deliver end-to-end support across in-store, phone, community, and messaging channels. A flexible rotating roster is involved, with hours 8am–8pm, Monday to Friday, and some Saturday work. This role may also involve support at the Rockingham store to assist the wider team.

About the RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Customer Service Consultant, internally referred to as a Local Community Consultant, in Booragoon. You will help Medibank's products and services reach the local community and own the customer experience across multiple channels.
