The OpportunityWe are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our FUJIFILM Process Automation group in South Australia. Reporting to the Strategic Sales leader, your main focus will be to sell Process Automation and IT Managed Solutions to new customers, build long-term relationships, and drive business growth across South Australia. This role involves 100% new business development (net new logos), supported by strong marketing and lead generation activities.
Key Responsibilities- Grow the FUJIFILM Process Automation and IT Managed Services business by securing new customers and identifying opportunities across Corporate and Education accounts in the Enterprise, Tier2, and Mid-market sectors in South Australia.
- Cross-sell and up-sell through relationships across the FUJIFILM divisions and operating companies, including co-selling with strategic software vendors and partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as pre-sales, inside sales, marketing, and partners.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to monthly revenue goals.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, generate proposals, and negotiate complex sales cycles.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular engagement, industry knowledge sharing, and discussing trends within the digital transformation journey.
- Proven success in B2B sales of business solutions, software, or services, with experience in complex sales cycles and solutions selling.
- Knowledge of corporate business processes, such as Workflow Automation or Enterprise Content Management, is highly desirable.
- Strong background in developing new logo business — a true 'hunter'.
- Ability to manage client expectations and relationships, ideally with qualifications in consulting-led sales methodologies.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives undergoing digital transformation.
