This role is ideal for a high-performing, enthusiastic hunter You will showcase your sales skills with a leading industrial player. You will have autonomy to run your own business within our organization, supported by your manager and peers to meet customer expectations.

We provide training, coaching, and mentoring, along with sales conferences to keep you updated on the market. We promote a collaborative environment to help you build your network and pipeline.

This is a pivotal role working with the Regional Sales Manager to drive sales and account growth in the Brisbane Region. It's an exciting opportunity for a high achiever to make a significant impact and develop the brand.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Develop a strategic sales plan with the Branch Manager
  • Prospect new business and build a strong pipeline
  • Hunt for new opportunities within existing accounts by building relationships with other Sales Reps and Account Managers
  • Manage your portfolio to ensure premium customer service
  • Collaborate with branch staff to maintain service excellence
To Be Successful In This Role You Need To
  • Experience in solution selling industrial products, Bearings, Power Transmissions, and related services
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, business planning, and sales strategy skills
  • Proven ability to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Innovative thinking in sales planning and forecasting
  • Ability to identify and develop new business within existing customers
  • High energy, passion for collaboration, and a professional outlook
