Job Description

As the Logistics & Trade Compliance Manager, you will:

  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely clearance and delivery.
  • Manage duty drawback claims and liaise with customs authorities.
  • Source and evaluate logistics service providers and manage procurement in SAP.
  • Coordinate secure transport and insurance for high-value goods.
  • Lead and develop a small logistics team, fostering a culture of performance and compliance.
  • Ensure all trade compliance activities align with local laws and internal guidelines.
  • Participate in regional logistics projects and support SAP testing.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitor logistics expenses.

The Successful Applicant

  • A degree in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in logistics and trade compliance, including team supervision.
  • Strong knowledge of freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transport modes.
  • Proficiency in logistics systems (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • A proactive, independent, and detail-oriented mindset.
