We're on the lookout for a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Forbes Machinery Centre. If you thrive on variety, problem-solving, and working with top-tier agricultural equipment like New Holland tractors and headers, this is the role for you

From workshop servicing and repairs to pre-deliveries and on-site breakdowns, no two days are the same. You'll be the engine behind our operation, keeping machines moving and farmers farming.

Forbes Machinery Centre is part of the AEH Group – (Agricultural Equipment Holdings), a network of agricultural machinery dealerships across Australia committed to excellence in products and service. With a network of 12 dealerships across NSW, TAS, and VIC, we offer long-term career opportunities, comprehensive training and great working conditions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Servicing, repairing and pre-delivering industry-leading agricultural machinery.
  • Diagnosing and fixing a wide range of equipment with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Mentoring and motivating apprentices – sharing your knowledge and building a strong team culture.
  • Taking part in on-site jobs and after-hours callouts.

About You:

  • Hold a heavy vehicle diesel mechanic/technician trade qualification, or willingness to acquire.
  • Possess a current driver's license.
  • Strong fault-finding and repair skills with a mechanically minded approach.
  • Excellent work ethic and a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Well-presented and customer-focused.
