Key Responsibilities include:- Delivering education at various levels to both clinical and administrative staff, providing support and training to team members within the department. The training officer conducts, assesses, plans, coordinates, and evaluates learning activities for internal and external clients of DH and CIS.
- Developing and maintaining educational materials such as procedures and work-unit guidelines for DH and CIS initiatives supporting clinical system integrity, including ieMR, HBCIS, Fluency for Transcription, EDS, and KOFAX.
- Ensuring that learning outcomes meet the needs of end users.
- Managing the development and distribution of internal and external communication activities within Informatics and Operations.
Remuneration is up to $45,670 per annum, including salary rates of $ $50.46 per hour, employer superannuation contributions (up to 12.75%), and annual leave loading (17.5%). This is a part-time position (30.4 hours per week). Applications will be accepted for 12 months.
