Ventia has been awarded a major contract to deliver build services for Telstra InfraCo's nationwide fibre network, and we're seeking multipleProject Coordinatorsto support the delivery of this critical infrastructure.

We welcome applicants with a background in administration/coordination or junior engineers with experience within the civil telecommunications space, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate subcontractor documentation (STOWs)
  • Liaise with site engineers for artefact accuracy
  • Submit variations and contract notices via client portals
  • Raise/manage CRQs (Change Requests)
  • Support SAP-based material ordering and inventory
  • Prepare completion status reports and daily updates
  • Maintain accurate records for reconciliation and handover

About you:

  • Must have experience in civil telco construction – highly regarded if you've worked on NBN or Telstra projects previously
  • Strong MS Office skills (particularly Excel)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable in high-volume, time-critical environments
