Overview

Senior Account Manager at Orca Pacific: A Monks Company – based in Korea. This role works with our team to manage analytics projects and media campaigns for a portfolio of clients. It is a consultative position advising on how to harness technology solutions and optimize digital media performance, mainly through Google Analytics and Google Marketing Platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage digital analytics projects and media campaigns through the full account management life cycle, including kick-off meetings, client relationship management, tech stack implementation, media optimization, and quarterly business planning.
  • Develop and grow relationships with client-side stakeholders (partners at Google, agencies, executives) to ascertain business needs and craft the best strategic and tactical approach.
  • Advise clients on industry trends and the competitive landscape and how these impact them.
  • Partner with the sales team on proposal responses, technical demos, and marketing efforts.
  • Analyze data for reporting and optimize advertising campaigns.
  • Align client needs with our solutions to help them achieve goals and uncover opportunities to drive long-term value.
  • Keep the pulse of the market and roll out processes and products that add value to growing client relationships and the organization.
  • Provide analysis, insight, and expertise on our products and offerings; support the sales team with pre-sales and marketing efforts.
  • Help strategize and improve account management processes and operations as the company grows.
  • This role will be responsible for managing accounts across the region.
What You Bring To The Table
  • 4+ years of digital advertising account management experience across publishers, agencies, trading desks, technology companies, or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of programmatic experience with Google Marketing Platforms (DV360, CM360, SA360).
  • Strong data analysis abilities (v-lookups, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools or cloud-based software such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Adobe Analytics, Google Cloud Platform, or similar.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and collaborative startup environment.
  • Desire to contribute to building a company from an early stage.
  • Media planning and social experience is preferred.
  • Excellent consultative approach in developing and managing business relationships.
  • Innovative thinker who brings ideas and strategies to life.
  • Excellent customer service skills; flexible, versatile, and motivated to acquire new skills and scale knowledge.
