We have a fantastic opportunity for a Territory Manager in Perth. We are looking for someone who thrives on working autonomously to deliver results and continually seeks out new business opportunities. TRAVEL

Perth South - including Mandurah, Bunbury, and surrounds

Fully maintained company vehicle

The role requires consistent regional travel to Geraldton, approximately once a quarter, with a minimum stay of up to 2-3 nights.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF...

Reporting to the State Field Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to build effective relationships while receiving support from the Nestlé Professional team to help grow your territory.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing existing customers by developing and executing sales strategies
  • Creating and developing a new customer base
  • Actively managing ROI of Beverage Solutions customers
  • Delivering sales KPIs
  • Working with market-leading customers and brands
  • Being a brand ambassador for our portfolio of products

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

  • Proven success in delivering sales and developing new business in high-pressure environments
  • Knowledge or experience in foodservice, distribution, beverage, catering, or the chef industry is highly regarded
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (e.g., Bachelor of Business, Commerce, or Marketing) is preferred but not critical
  • Outgoing, approachable, sales-focused, and passionate about the food industry
  • Track record of exceeding targets and building strong customer relationships
  • Confident communicator with adaptable communication style
  • Experience in food services or food sales is advantageous
  • Ability to work autonomously with drive and resilience
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence
