Our Melbourne store exudes an elevated, urban chic vibe and provides a stunning stage for showcasing breathtaking designer wedding dresses. We are seeking passionate retail professionals who love sales, fashion, and bridal to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional experience to all brides and their parties.
• Work closely with brides to find their dream wedding dress.
• Build relationships throughout the customer journey.
• Offer feedback on bridal trends, accessories, and add-on services.
• Achieve and maintain sales goals.
• Assist with new business initiatives related to customer experience, sales, technology, and merchandising.
• Participate in organising in-store events, bridal fairs, and promotions.
• Maintain store standards and cleanliness.
• Represent the store and designer labels professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Apparel, Fashion, or related field preferred; relevant work experience considered.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
• 1-2 years of bridal or luxury retail sales experience preferred.
• Proven sales skills with prospecting and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to build customer relationships and solve problems efficiently.
• Quick learner of bridal industry trends and product knowledge.
• Fashion-forward appearance and detail-oriented.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical ability to move around the store, lift up to 12 kg, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
