This role is all about making projects happen – coordinating, documenting, testing, and ensuring our systems deliver real value to the business. You'll play a key role across ERP, estimating software, custom apps, and BI platforms, helping us integrate and improve the systems that power our success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Driving project coordination — plans, schedules, documentation & reporting.
  • Supporting stakeholders and making sure requirements are clear and delivered.
  • Assisting with BI report development, SQL queries, and data analysis.
  • Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) and supporting rollouts.
  • Helping train and support end-users with new systems.
  • Spotting opportunities to improve how we do things and embracing new tech.

What we're looking for
  • 1–2 years' experience in IT project coordination, systems, or technical support.
  • Organised and detail-focused with strong communication skills.
  • Familiar with SQL and BI/reporting tools (Power BI experience a bonus).
  • Knowledge of ERPs, estimating, or construction-related systems, such as Vista, Coins, Tech One etc would be highly regarded.
  • Curious, analytical, and always keen to learn.
