Lead Business Analyst - Permanent - Sydney
OverviewUrgent requirement of Lead Business Analyst - Permanent - Sydney.
Responsibilities- Align with business needs and reduce data risks; support data-driven decision making; improve data quality and efficiency in data use; promote data governance, security, and privacy policies.
- Engage with business and stakeholders to promote data culture, change management, and adoption of data management policies and frameworks.
- Monitor compliance with governance rules and collaborate with enterprise data teams to implement data policies.
- Practical experience conducting and documenting control testing activities, including IT general controls.
- Experience supporting operational risk management processes with a focus on technology, within a team or project environment.
- Ability to identify and assess risks, analyze data, and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Understand data definitions, usage patterns, models and schemas.
- Ensure data policies align with business needs; engage with business to support data governance and quality initiatives.
- Engage with the business for operational enforcement of data policies within the business/LOB; maintain data quality and integrity.
- Monitor compliance with governance rules and collaborate with enterprise data teams.
