Exciting opportunities have arisen in our Melbourne Airport operation to build a career with one of the most successful independent retail foreign exchange groups. We are dedicated to developing the skills of individuals and helping them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities- Providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency.
- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals.
- Building customer rapport and repeat business.
- Daily branch duties.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
- A flair for sales who can promote services while working towards and achieving targets; self-motivated with an energetic attitude and the ability to adhere to procedures.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Eligible to work in Australia.
- Hours: 38 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days between 10:00 PM and 05:30 AM.
- Availability required every Saturday and Sunday.
- Employment type: Full-time
