What you will do as the Procurement and Contracts Officer
- Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
- Provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox.
- Maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents ensuring compliance with records management requirements, agency and procurement policies.
- Work within tight timeframes, changing deadlines to deliver priorities and workload.
About You
- Demonstrated experience working with a Financial Management Information System.
- High level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.

Salary: APS4 $80,643 - $87,558 (plus 15.4% superannuation)
