Responsibilities
  • Ensure quality and client service-oriented support is provided to all stakeholders.
  • Use your judgement to monitor and respond to recruitment queries.
  • Support panels to deliver end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring they're aligned with best practices as well as timely and cost-effective.
  • Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox and group phone line, including:
    • managing and resolving routine and moderately complex queries
    • using problem-solving skills to find answers and resolve queries
  • Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to conduct candidate searches for identified roles.
  • Contribute to change and improvement in recruitment services including system enhancements, documenting knowledge and drafting best practice talent acquisition materials.
Qualifications
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tasks and embrace change
  • Demonstrated experience providing exceptional client service, preferably in a human resources environment
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant work experience in a human resources field.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: $80,643 - $87,558 (plus 15.4% superannuation).
