Overview

Fractional Leadership is hot salesQB has created an exciting niche in the fractional #sales market. SalesQBs work with SMBs as their sales leader on a fractional or part-time basis. For one-fifth the cost that a client would pay for a full-time sales leader, salesQB provides a highly-skilled fractional sales star. Our salesQBs work with each client to discover their "proven and repeatable" sales process, unearth more leads, add digital and non-digital leverage to the sales team, design a working management and accountability structure, coach up the sales team, and then manage the process on a long-term contract basis.

The best prospects for our services are clients where: the owner is serving as the sales manager, there is no current sales manager, there is an underperforming sales manager, or there's a salesperson acting as the sales manager. We believe that #salesmanagement can only be performed well by a highly-skilled sales leader and cannot be slot-filled by just anyone.

If you are a seasoned #salesperson, #executive, #consultant, or #trainer, you should consider fractional sales leadership. With our program, you can earn excellent money while showing business owners how to improve their lives and improve their sales performance.

$112,300.00/yr - $282,400.00/yr
