Just Jeans is looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to take the lead at our high-performing Karrinyup store—a top trade location in the state. About the Role

As Store Manager at Just Jeans Karrinyup, you'll lead a passionate team in the heart of denim. This is a full-time position, with availability required across weekends, late nights, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

Lead and inspire your team to meet sales targets and KPIs in a customer-first culture

Deliver exceptional service and fit customers with their perfect denim

Coach, train, and develop your team to build a strong, high-performing store

Oversee stock, manage loss prevention, and maximise in-store profitability

Keep your store looking fresh through engaging visual merchandising

Manage team rosters efficiently to meet business needs
