The Opportunity: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Health Trainer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality vocational education and training to students pursuing a career in health.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver engaging vocational education and training programs in health-related subjects at Certificate II & III levels.
  2. Assess student learning and progress, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure successful course completion.
  3. Mentor and guide students, helping them achieve their career aspirations.
  4. Collaborate with industry partners to ensure our students transition smoothly into their chosen careers.

What We're Looking For:

  1. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification (desirable).
  2. At least 3 years of experience in delivering vocational education and training in health-related subjects (desirable).
  3. Health certificate with training experience.
  4. Strong knowledge of industry standards and accreditation requirements.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. A passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their career goals.
