We're looking for a proactive, personable, and highly organized Receptionist & Office Coordinator to be the heart of our Surry Hills campus 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday).

You'll be the friendly face that welcomes our guests, the calm behind a seamless office, and the quiet engine powering the day-to-day support that helps our people thrive.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the front desk: greet visitors, answer enquiries, and maintain a welcoming reception space
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, security passes, and car park access with care and precision
  • Ensure visitors are signed in and supported throughout their stay
  • Keep the office stocked, organized, and well-resourced from stationery to kitchen supplies
  • Manage courier deliveries and assist with ad hoc administrative requests
  • Provide hands-on facilities support and help troubleshoot day-to-day needs
  • Support the onboarding of new team members and promote office etiquette
  • Partner with EAs, Coordinators, and the Facilities team to keep things running smoothly

What you'll bring

  • Experience in reception, administration, or facilities coordination
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional and positive phone manner
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A high attention to detail and sense of accountability
  • A natural ability to prioritise, organise, and get things done
  • Customer service experience and a collaborative mindset
