Responsibilities

  • Cultivating strategic partnerships with major institutions across the financial sector, to uncover emerging opportunities
  • Overseeing a diverse portfolio of projects, balancing scope, scale, and delivery priorities across complex client environments
  • Navigating intricate regulatory landscapes to deliver nuanced, high-stakes tax guidance
  • Crafting in-depth technical analyses and insight-driven position papers on tax-related issues
  • Supporting the professional growth of junior team members through tailored coaching and on-the-job learning initiatives
Requirements
  • Background in corporate tax gained within advisory or legal environments (in-house will be considered)
  • Familiarity with Australian tax frameworks, with experience across Commonwealth jurisdictions viewed favourably
  • Skilled in developing thorough, insightful analyses and presenting complex tax matters in a clear and structured manner
  • Tertiary qualifications in law, commerce, or a related discipline are advantageous
