Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is a growing sub-regional health service, which provides best-practice clinical care to the Central Hume region.NHW offers exciting clinical diversity across an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

NHW are seeking applications from experienced physiotherapists to provide clinical and operational leadership within sub-acute rehabilitation including:

• Sub-Acute Inpatient Ward (Rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management)
• Community Programs including Subacute Ambulatory Care (SACS), Rehabilitation in the Home (RITH), Transitional Care Program

The successful applicant will ensure the provision of high-quality, evidence-based care and clinical supervision for the physiotherapy teams.You will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, and the Manager of Physiotherapy, to consolidate your own clinical and leadership skills, and deliver efficient and innovative models of care.

The successful applicant will possess highly developed clinical reasoning skills in rehabilitation and a strong understanding of the public health context and commitment to providing best-practice care and driving continuous improvement.They will be approachable and have proven capacity to promote a positive team culture.

The successful applicant will be encouraged and supported to participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision.
