We are looking for customer service superstars to take on the role of Gaming Supervisors & Attendants in our busy hotel. **We have positions available for immediate start, evening hours Monday - Sunday, must have RSA & RSG.**

**Position Responsibilities**
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Investigate and resolve customer queries
- Uphold high standards of providing excellent hospitality
- Hosting guests and ensure gaming room is clean and welcoming
- Adhere to current VCGLR regulations and company policies

Positions available are on a fortnightly rotating roster including evenings and weekends. RSA qualifications are required. Gaming specific qualifications such as a gaming license can be obtained whilst on the job. Previous experience and qualifications in in Customer Service, Money Handling and/or Hospitality role will be held in high regard.
- Remuneration based on Award rates for Gaming Attendant Grade 3.
- Annual Leave and sick leave entitlements for permanent team.
- References required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $32.25 - $48.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 38 per week
