Senior Physiotherapist – Transitional Aged Care Program (TACP)

About The Role

Join our compassionate team as a Physiotherapist and make a real difference—help older adults stay active, independent, and safe in their own homes. Currently offering one position based in Orange and one in Dubbo. The successful applicant will work closely with the TACP team, Allied Health Team Leader, and TACP Manager. This is a new position with scope for hybrid care delivery models.

The Aged Care Division provides clinical and non-clinical services across the Local Health District to support older people in remaining supported at home. The teams focus on advocacy, restorative care, and reablement to promote wellness and independence. This role offers strong leadership support and will involve navigating a changing aged care environment impacted by health reforms.
