Overview

This 18-month, maximum term opportunity will offer you variety, depth and impact – with a chance to engage with every corner of our footprint to deliver meaningful outcomes in the people space.

When you're not partnering with our leaders on employee relations matters, you'll have the opportunity to draw on your creative side by developing and delivering training, coordinating reward and recognition programs and collaborating on engagement initiatives with colleagues across the broader People Learning Culture team.

About You

  • Previous HR generalist experience
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management or related field

  • Open-minded, solutions-focused approach to resolving issues
  • Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
  • Professionalism, integrity and ethical nature
  • Attention to detail and ability to prepare professional correspondence/documentation
  • Ability to maintain a high volume and varied workload

A specialisation in Employment Relations is desirable but not required - we pride ourselves on nurturing talent through coaching and mentoring. Our team will support you to develop and refine your professional and sector-specific knowledge in areas of the role.
