Director of Sales, HR, Finance & Business Operations

Our client, a globally renowned financial services organisation, is currently undergoing an exciting transformation. As part of their organisational change, they are implementing a new HRIS system, migrating to SAP SuccessFactors.

We have an immediate opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this pivotal role, you will lead the HRIS implementation project from start to finish, collaborating closely with HR, IT, and both local and global external partners. Your goal will be to ensure successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors across the business, playing an integral part in the HR team's success.

You'll be embraced as a proactive member of the HR team, responsible for optimising and implementing the HRIS to support the company's broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, liaising with various stakeholders in HR, IT, and external partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data validation efforts to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system information.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribute to changing management initiatives, including the creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.
  • Actively contribute to the success of the HR team and the wider organization.

What We're Looking For:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and a basic knowledge of employment legislation.
  • Experience with system testing, issue tracking, and documentation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
