Responsibilities
  • Consultation and coordination with various team members, SMEs and stakeholders to establish schedule inputs across definition, planning, pre-construction, construction and commissioning of major projects and programs.
  • Working as part of a program or project team and integrating with technical advisors, client experts, contractors and sub-contractors.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on schedule achievements/progress and forecasting.
  • Schedule Analysis, comparisons, quality checks, critical path analysis, DCMA checks.
  • Schedule risk analysis, EVM, SPI monitoring.
  • Delay and forensic analysis of schedules.
  • Ability to present technical schedule information in dashboards, summary reports and senior leadership forums.
Qualifications
  • Scheduler, Planner or Schedule manager
  • Strong P6 experience
  • Infrastructure experience (rail, utilities, aviation, civil, ports, transport)
  • Experience with Safran, Acumen Fuse or Primavera Risk is an advantage
  • Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Experience client or consultancy side as well as contracting also beneficial
