At Kip Hunter Valley, our team is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care to every furry friend that walks through its doors. We are now looking for the best candidate to join our team and help provide a premium pet transport service to the local community.

The ideal candidate will be available to work flexible hours Monday through Friday, with shifts starting at 3am to accommodate pet transport needs, including driving to and from Sydney across various traffic conditions. Availability during school holiday periods (including Christmas and Easter) is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Transport animals from client homes to our facility
  • Interact professionally with customers
  • Handle animals according to company policies and procedures
  • Follow collection procedures and protocols
  • Optimize collection and drop-off schedules
  • Follow up on queries and abandoned bookings
  • Check animals in and out
  • Respond to emails and phone calls

Experience / Requirements:

  • Experience handling dogs and cats is highly regarded
  • Honest with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Ability to safely drive long distances
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Willing to attend a lawful unpaid trial shift (within Fair Work Ombudsman guidelines)
  • Full Australian driver's license
