About the role

As a Locomotive Train Driver at Pacific National, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of freight trains. Your duties include preparing locomotives, checking control systems, maintaining compliance documentation, and operating trains according to safety standards and procedures.

You will work within a team to meet business and customer requirements, ensuring timely and reliable service. Upholding Pacific National's core values of safety, integrity, accountability, and teamwork is essential to fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications required include a Cert IV in Train Driving and relevant industry experience. Safety must always be your top priority, and teamwork is essential, especially in Gunnedah or Narrabri.

Please note that this position involves a 24/7 roster.
