Your New Role :

Join Sienna Grange Aged Care, where we lead the industry with our award-winning 'Better Together' model, enhancing the quality of life in aged care.

We pride ourselves on our culture; we are an embracing and supportive team that values resident preferences and choice, and we actively engage our community of residents, families, and staff.

We are seeking a passionate and creative Lifestyle Companion to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis. Regular shifts are Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some flexibility to support the team on other days as needed.

What does your new role look like?

  • Encouraging residents to participate in meaningful activities and assisting in their delivery
  • Ensuring high resident satisfaction at all times
  • Communicating effectively with residents, families, and volunteers
  • Assisting with care plans and programs
  • Exploring new opportunities and programs to meet residents' holistic needs
  • Completing all reporting requirements efficiently

About you :

You will align with our Values of Bold, Warm, and Honest. Empathy and excellent care provision are essential qualities.

Requirements include:

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Health
  • Experience in Aged Care, Community Living, or Health Services
  • A person-centered focus and commitment to high service standards
  • Proven initiative and creativity in tailoring activities
  • Willingness to obtain an NDIS Clearance Check if successful
  • Full vaccination for 2025 Influenza and COVID-19 (2 doses)
