About the Role
As the Customer Operations Manager, you'll lead a team of field technicians responsible for delivering professional, customer-centric technical support that meets our contractual service level agreements. You'll inspire your team to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality service, while also driving commercial outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a skilled, motivated, and customer-focused technical support team
- Coaching team members and driving performance through strategic KPIs
- Streamlining processes and leveraging technology for smarter work practices
- Ensuring alignment with other Technical Services teams for optimal service delivery
- Championing workplace safety and ensuring regulatory compliance across all gaming jurisdictions
- Rolling out new initiatives to boost team efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Building strong internal relationships within the Customer Operations team and broader Technical Services function
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in a technical or service delivery environment
- Exceptional people management and coaching skills
- Ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of compliance and safety standards, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills

- Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks (ideally in gaming or similar industries)
- Creative problem-solving and an innovative approach to challenges
