
Customer Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Customer Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in supporting our branch and customer contact centre networks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a team of operations officers, manage workflow allocation, resource scheduling, and ensure adherence to processes and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate team member performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement coaching, training, and development.
- Foster high levels of customer experience and satisfaction, addressing serious or complex complaints, and ensuring swift resolutions.
- Proactively identify process improvements and assist with project delivery across the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services or a related industry, with exposure to resource planning, modelling, and scheduling.
- Previous experience in people management, including coaching and mentoring staff to achieve team and organisational goals.
- Strong understanding of operations principles, processes, and methodologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking and customer service.
