**About the Role**
RPMGlobal is seeking a Customer Operations Manager/Technical Operations Manager to lead our global Customer Operations team and support our expanding global client base. As well as team and project management, the manager is also required to provide technical oversight to ensure that all activities are delivered on time, on budget, and within acceptable standards of quality.
Customer Operations manages cloud hosted infrastructure and SaaS environments for RPM customers as well as undertaking RPM product deployments and Level 2 support for customers' on-premises environments.
This is a permanent, full-time position based in our Brisbane CBD office and allows for a hybrid work arrangement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure services provided by the team meet all expectations as agreed with customers and as specified in SLAs, and RPM's ISMS.
- Contribute to software deployment, implementation, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project manage the build and delivery of customer and cloud hosted environments.
- Establish processes and systems to provide internal Product Managers and Sales teams with build and deployment details, such as estimations on time, effort, and cost.
- Facilitate design, provisioning, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure for Customers and internal teams.
- Improve and maintain the team's work management system.
- Assist internal development with DevOps related activities and required infrastructure (on premise and cloud).
- Provide clients support through testing and where otherwise required.
**About You**
- Tertiary education in a relevant area such as Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering.
- Significant experience in a similar role.
- Ability and proven experience in leading and managing multiple projects and BAU workloads.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud infrastructure and SaaS technologies, services, delivery models etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server operating systems, deployments, operations, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Knowledge of ITIL methodologies with practical experience in their usage and implementation.
- Experience or working understanding of client/server enterprise products.
- Experience managing a team of technical staff.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia.
