Are you a people person with a heart of gold? Do you believe everyone deserves a life packed with choice, independence, and adventure? Well, grab your cape, because we need superstar Support Workers for our Community Access division supporting clients across Central Coast

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

Be a Social Butterfly – Help clients spread their wings and connect with their community. Teach & Learn – Support clients as they level up their life skills (bonus: you might learn a few too). Drive the Fun – Take clients to programs and activities in Sunnyfield's vans. Keep It Snappy – Write progress notes that are clear, concise, and fabulous. Be the Team MVP – Collaborate with families and adapt to behaviour support strategies like a champ.

What You Bring to the Party

A heart three sizes too big (not medically, just metaphorically).

Experience in the disability sector is super important Also, you'll need to have worked with clients who show behaviours of concern — knowing how to support them is key

Willingness to assist with personal care when needed.

Resilience, empathy, and a 'let's do this' attitude.

A driver's licence and reliable transport is a must.

We need folks available for morning shifts (6 AM starts) and afternoon shifts (6 PM finishes).
