As an EDR Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing disputes lodged with external dispute resolution schemes. You will thoroughly investigate cases, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure fair and effective outcomes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing EDR cases across Australia and New Zealand, independently reviewing responses, preparing well-crafted written submissions, and actively participating in conciliations.

You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including EDR schemes. You will lead meetings with senior stakeholders to identify risks and ensure complaint insights drive ongoing business improvement.

This role requires a solid understanding of the Insurance Contracts Act (ICA), relevant regulations, and legislation. You must have advanced customer service and complaint resolution abilities, focused on restoring and strengthening customer relationships.

We are seeking an experienced professional who is skilled in conciliation and mediation. You should have experience preparing clear and effective written submissions to support fair outcomes.

The ideal candidate will be a proven relationship builder, able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. You should have thorough knowledge of ASIC's RG271 and industry codes, supporting our reputation for integrity and best practice.
