Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator – Join SAPP International

SAPP International is a leading global manufacturing business with design-driven sales offices in Australia, Hong Kong, China, Europe, and the US. We specialise in delivering innovative retail display and fixture solutions for some of the world's most recognised brands.

We're on the lookout for a Junior Project Manager / Project Coordinator to join our fast-paced team in Sydney. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a mix of project coordination, logistics, and client communication.

The Role:

As a key part of our team, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and installers via phone and email.
  2. Assisting with project rollouts, including tracking deliveries and updating spreadsheets.
  3. Handling warehouse tasks such as pick, pack, and arranging couriers.
  4. Managing paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  5. Running errands, including picking up prints, sourcing materials, and arranging courier services.
  6. Assisting with simple assembly work and learning machinery operation (training provided).
  7. Liaising with tradespeople and installers—confidence in speaking with trades is a must
What We're Looking For:
  1. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel.
  3. A professional, confident telephone and email manner.
  4. A methodical approach to updating and maintaining project documentation.
  5. Must have a driver's license and car for site visits and errands.
  6. Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  7. Comfortable with occasional heavy lifting and hands-on warehouse tasks.
Bonus points if you:
  1. Speak Cantonese/Mandarin (helpful for communicating with our factory in Dongguan, China).
  2. Have experience with rolling out retail displays and fixtures.
