We are currently looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our parts & workshop team in Swan Hill VIC, this role will involve on the road repping and front counter parts sales. Ideally an experienced Parts Interpreter would be beneficial, but we are also open to candidates with retail automotive parts experience, strong sales and customer service background and a passion for the automotive industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Source required parts for customers
  • Picking, Receipting and invoicing parts purchased & sold
  • Update and maintain computer records
  • Process and complete sales order
  • Assist the Parts team where required
  • Provide customers with up-to-date information on products
  • Provide customers with pricing and availability details on products and services
  • Assist with all front counter & workshop backcounter duties

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Have experience working in parts sales or similar role
  • Strong customer focus and negotiation skills
  • Ability to promote & up sell products
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail & strong organisation skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both written & verbally
  • Manual drivers license & forklift license is preferred
  • Able to work min 40 hours per week
