We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager to lead our operations. This role involves managing a portfolio of sites and ensuring operational efficiency and excellence. You will lead a team, maintain client relationships, and drive commercial outcomes while adhering to high standards of service and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing catering operations across multiple sites with significant travel involved.
• Managing budgets and resources effectively.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Leading, managing, and mentoring a high-performing team.

Ideal experience:

• Significant experience in the hospitality/food production sector, ideally in the Aged Care industry.
• Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams.
• IT proficiency is a must for this role.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgetary controls.
• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
• Chef qualification essential or robust culinary and business management related qualifications/experience.
