Join our established, close-knit team in the heart of Brisbane's vibrant inner-north suburbs. With brand-new equipment, a supportive team, and a strong emphasis on high-quality patient care, we're offering the perfect balance of professional growth and work-life harmony.

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to take charge and make a lasting impact, all while enjoying a flexible 4-day roster (with just 2 Saturdays in 4).

Key Responsibilities Include:
  1. Coaching and leading your team to success
  2. Overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic
  3. Delivering personalised and expert care to patients and owners
  4. Performing consults, routine surgeries, and handling all types of animals
  5. Providing exceptional customer service and fostering long-term client relationships
  6. Driving business development and seeking new opportunities for growth

About You:
  1. You've got a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Veterinarian
  2. You're passionate about leading, inspiring, and supporting your team
  3. You excel at time management, organisation, and communication
  4. You have strong customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with clients
  5. You're business-minded and always looking for ways to drive growth and improve processes
