Are you an experienced veterinarian ready to take the reins and lead by example? Albion Vet Surgery, nestled in Brisbane's vibrant inner-north, is seeking an exceptional Full Time Lead Veterinarian to guide our passionate team to new heights

State-of-the-art clinic — you'll mentor and collaborate with experienced vets and 4 dedicated nurses in a supportive, growth-focused environment. We're not just about treating patients – we're about building lasting relationships with pets and their families through exceptional preventative care and education. Plus, with our dedicated nurse running puppy schools, you'll lead the charge

Responsibilities
  • Mentor and collaborate with experienced vets and 4 dedicated nurses in a state-of-the-art clinic in a supportive, growth-focused environment.
  • Lead our team in delivering preventative care and education, building lasting relationships with pets and their families.
  • Oversee our nurse-run puppy schools and lead the charge in client education and early-life care.
What Makes You Perfect For This Leadership Role
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science (or equivalent) with Australian registration
  • 4+ years of veterinary experience with demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Outstanding communication skills that inspire confidence in clients and team members
  • A passion for clinical excellence and mentoring the next generation of veterinary professionals
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide, support, and develop your team
